7 Day Slim

Hello!

Something that I'm really interested in is health and fitness. I always have been, but sometimes it is so hard to get the motivation to actually go and work out. Over the last few months I have been trying to incorporate a workout DVD into my daily life, but when you work eight hours a day and want to have a social life... it's kind of difficult.

That's why I LOVE this DVD. Each workout is only ten minutes long but it leaves you feeling like you've actually done a lot of work. I always notice a difference when I've done this DVD, I feel happier, more energetic, confident, and the next day I look noticeably more toned and less bloated.

I now swear by this DVD as something that I do everyday to keep me moving after a day of sitting on my butt in an office. You can pick it up pretty much anywhere now for £15 (if not less in some places!) and I really would recommend it if you're just getting into fitness or if you don't really have time for an hour long gym session!

Also, just look how fantastic Vicky Pattinson looks now!? The before and after pictures are enough to motivate me alone!
